Increasing Access to Care
The MDS Foundation works to increase access to care for Massachusetts residents and raise awareness about oral health topics. The Foundation is the charitable arm of the Massachusetts Dental Society and is a 501(c)(3) organization. All donations made to the Foundation are tax-deductible.
2026 Grants Awarded
The MDS Foundation, the charitable arm of the Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS), recently awarded over $20,000 in Access to Care grants to four organizations serving the oral health needs of Massachusetts residents.
Silent Auction Raises Thousands

Foundation Targeted Grants
The MDS Foundation offers $2,000 Targeted Grants on a rotating basis throughout the year. Targeted Grants provide funding to organizations or programs that want to increase access to care on a smaller scale.
MDS Foundation Mission of Mercy
A no-cost dental clinic held on November 15, 2025, at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA, which donated more than $200,000 in oral health care to underserved and underinsured adults.
