MDS Constitution & Bylaws Committee
This committee is composed of the MDS speaker of the house, who shall serve as the chair, the immediate past president, the secretary, and two other Board of Trustees members appointed by the MDS president after consultation with the committee chair. This committee reviews, interprets, and updates the bylaws as needed.
